Born and raised in New Iceland, also known as Gimli Manitoba, I came to the Montreal area last year. I had been drawing and writing off and on since I was in high school and now I hope to start making a living from my skills. That's how I became involved with Galerie Synesthésie, an art school in Montreal. The schools founder and teachers have been very supportive and pointed me towards Deviant Art. I think one of my greatest strengths as an artist is also my worst weakness. Being self taught I did everything backwards, learning style before technique. But my confidence in my art is growing and I look forward to hearing any comments from all you deviants like me!
